According to the Staff Welfare Charter:
The
Committee shall be comprised of twelve individuals from the staff and
administrative functions. One or two of the members of the Committee will
serve as Chair or Co-Chair person(s). The twelve administrative and staff
memberships shall be apportioned so as to represent the six broad employment
areas on a pro-rata basis as follows:

**Note: This breakdown can be adjusted depending on staff interest to serve
on the committee.
Members are elected to a three-year term of service, thus
one-third of the Staff Welfare Committee positions are subject to election
each year. Terms of service run from September 1 to August 31. |
