Welcome to the LLRC

Students in the Language Lab St. Edmunds 215, the Language Learning Resource Center (LLRC) is a unique wireless lab dedicated to language learning, whether it be ESL or Modern Language learners. This lab is scheduled through the manager, Kellie Campbell (kcampbell4@smcvt.edu) through our EMS system. The LLRC features a dual projection system with a projector and Smart Board, a document camera, Crestron touch panel controls, multi-norm VCR and a multi-regional DVD player. The LLRC has a circulating text and DVD collection, and provides unique software and hardware for language learning. The LLRC is staffed from 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. Monday – Thursday and 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Furniture consists of 25 moveable tables and chairs. Capacity is 28.

New Textbook Policy

Multiple copies, Class sets, Reserves
The Library and the Language Learning Resource Center do not purchase class sets (multiple copies of books/textbooks). If a book is requested for reserve for a class with more than 30 students, a second copy will be purchased at the request of the professor.
