Thursday, September 13, 11:50-12:50 – SE 215

Have you ever wanted to have your students record, listen, evaluate, and improve their speech?  DL Recorder is free software, developed by Dartmouth College, that can record and play back voice in a similar fashion to the old-fashioned analog tape recorder.  The software is capable of saving the recorded material in a format that can easily be uploaded to eCollege or the web for later review.  This workshop is especially appropriate for Modern Languages and DAL faculty, but may also interest anyone who wants to record narration.  Instructor: John Graves.  Please register at x2821, or email jgraves@smcvt.edu.

The Gradebook feature in eCollege has become very popular on campus, both with faculty and students.  Bring your grading system to the workshop and let us show you how you can make the Gradebook work for you and your students.  Please register at x2756, or email ckelley2@smcvt.edu.
