Jeanmarie 281 is a large
classroom which can be used either for lecture or for seminar. The room
contains moveable 5- and 7-foot tables, with lockable wheels on one end,
and chairs on wheels. There are two electric projection screens and two
LCD projectors. The room is controlled by a Crestron touch panel on the
podium, which also houses a PC. a VCR/DVD, and a document camera. In
place of a standard monitor, there is a Sympodium, which allows the
instructor to interact with the projected image. Wireless connections
are available. The room capacity is 34.
