Prior to enrollment all SMC students must have the following immunizations:

• Measles,Mumps,Rubella (MMR)-- A completed primary series and a booster since 1980 for every student born since 1957.

• Tetanus/diphtheria (Td)--A completed series and a booster within the past ten years.

• Completed Polio Series--IPV or OPV

** A physical examination one year or less prior to admission to Saint Michael's College is also required.

• Hepatitis B -- A series of three injections started or completed prior to admission.  This vaccine is available at Student Health Services. More Information

• Varicella (Chicken Pox) --  If no disease in childhood, speak to your primary care giver for more information regarding this vaccine.  More Information

• Menommune (Bacterial Meningitis) -- Single injection with immunity lasting 3-5 years. This vaccine is available at Student Health Services.  More Information

• Flu - Yearly vaccine available at Student Health Services.
