The 7th Annual Sutton Cup Golf tournament was held September 18, 2004, at the West Bolton Golf Club in Jericho, VT. While most of New England drowned in the remnants of Hurricane Ivan, fourty alumni and friends of Fire and Rescue teed off and enjoyed the cool fall day in northern Vermont. As players started the match to the sound of Ambulance 3's new air horn, several groups were in contention, but in the end Ed Cowey ‘79 and his team of Wicker Morenus, Pat Fleming and Mike Timbers took the title at -7.

Rob Pion '04, Mike Patten '02, Kristen Mahoney '00 and Tommy Pion '07 took the consolation prize at +22. Ernie Gilmain and Jamie Chalmers took Longest Drive and Closest to the Pin respectively. Unfortunately no one took home the 2004 Buick Rainier or any of the other hole-in-one prizes sponsored by Bob Pion Pontiac-Buick-GMC. After golf all in attendance enjoyed lunch in the club house, the awards presentation and plenty of time to catch up with old friends.
