The 36th Annual Fire and Rescue Banquet was held on April 1, 2006. Ted Brady '00 and Keith Robinson '97 shared the role of MC while Pappy, Chief Peter Soons '82 and others spoke about the new station and the thriving Fire and Rescue program. Asst. Fire Chief Jim Laskarzewski '86 was also honored for his years of service to the department.

The banquet marked the beginning of the first day of service for the officers of the Fire and Rescue units. The 2006-2007 Unit officers are:
