COLCHESTER, Vt. – Seven Saint Michael's College student-athletes were named to the Northeast-10 Conference Weekly Honor Roll on Monday.

In field hockey, junior Tina Nardi (Rupert, Vt./Salem Central) and freshman Andrea Slaven (Danvers, Mass./Bishop Fenwick) were chosen. Nardi recorded a pair of shutout victories last week, as she stopped one shot in Saturday's 3-0 win versus Assumption College at Duffy Field, and no shots in Tuesday's 2-0 blanking at Franklin Pierce College. Slaven, meanwhile, tallied an unassisted goal in each contest, and is tied for the team lead with five goals on the season.

In men's tennis, sophomore Torr Terranova (Madison, Conn./Daniel Hand) and freshman John Lescure (Kennebunk, Maine/Berwick Academy) were recognized, as both players recorded a singles and doubles victory in Thursday's 7-2 triumph at Franklin Pierce College. Lescure and Terranova are a perfect 4-0 in doubles play this year, while Lescure is also 4-0 in singles competition in his rookie season.

In cross country, junior Thomas Lichtenberger (Bloomfield, Conn./Northwest Catholic) and freshman Mary Lynn Denholm (Sparks, Md./Okemo Mountain School) earned honors following their team-leading performances at Saturday's New England Regionals at Franklin Park in Boston, Mass. Lichtenberger ran the 4.95-mile course in 27:41, while Denholm finished in 21:08 over the 5.017-kilometer layout for the women.

In men's soccer, senior Jerrod Hall (Bennington, Vt./Mount Anthony Union) was selected. Hall scored his first goal of the season - an overtime penalty kick - to give Saint Michael's a come-from-behind, 3-2 upset win versus the University of Massachusetts Lowell on Tuesday at Doc Jacobs Field.
